At Copie Inter, we are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible, handing them over to the carrier within the processing times. However, once your order is in transit, we have no control over the carrier's delivery times.

Carrier Delays

While we make every effort to ship your orders within the expected timeframe, we are not responsible for carrier delays. No refunds or discounts will be available due to delivery delays beyond our control.

Delivery Days

Deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. No deliveries are made during weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Pickup Service

Upon receipt of this information, we will assess the situation and discuss the best solution with you, whether it be an exchange or a refund. Please note that processing these requests may take a few additional days, depending on the complexity of the case.
